Every year, Anand Ashram supports under-served girl students for university education. More the donation received for this cause, more the girls are supported. Total girls supported till date is more than 1700. Programmes like Soft-skill Development, Confidence Building etc. are also conducted for these girls.

At village Undera, we have a Tailoring Training Centre for women where free training in stitching clothes, handicrafts, paper bags making etc. are given. Till date, more than 1200 under-served women have taken the benefit of this Centre and many of them have started earning. More support from donors is needed to strengthen this activity.

Anand Ashram’s trained educators conduct classes of moral values in primary schools by way of storytelling sessions from Panchtantra. Under Vidya Sahayog, material help to needy students like stationery items, school bags, sweaters etc. are provided as and when donations for this purpose are received.

Every Saturday, our team of volunteers spend spiritual evenings with lonely seniors staying in various Old Age Homes of Vadodara. All the festivals are also celebrated by our dedicated team of volunteers with them. Till now, more than 1000 such sessions have been conducted.

Anand Ashram promotes Blood Donation. Camps are sponsored and blood is collected on regular basis. Till date, around 6500 units of blood have been collected in such camps.

Anand Ashram has contributed in eradicating corneal blindness from the country. More than 75000 pledge forms have been collected from the donors. We have collaborated with Elmex Eye Bank for this purpose.

We collect good conditioned clothes and distribute them amongst the needy class of the society. You are welcome to donate your good conditioned old clothes to Anand Ashram for this purpose. More than 12 Lakhs clothes have been distributed by our volunteers so far.

Activities like tree plantations, free expert consultation on rain water harvesting, provision of smokeless chulas, RO plants to villages, seed paper making, seed ball making, sapling distribution, awareness programmes in schools and universities are done under this social service.
